Set up the agreed campaign, landing page or form, tracking, and inquiry routing. You pay Google directly for ad spend.
Forms can offer contractor-approved booking times. If an eligible campaign call goes unanswered, approved AI follow-up can try to help schedule.
Your team conducts the in-home visit, provides its estimate, decides whether to accept the work, and handles all HVAC service.
AI follow-up is limited to an approved scheduling workflow, subject to required permissions. It does not diagnose equipment, quote a job, dispatch a technician, or replace your team.
Exact scope, client obligations, and campaign details are set out in the signed service agreement.
Booking support is part of the workflow. The signed agreement defines Billable Inquiry criteria, exclusions, and invoice review.

Billing details: each week, New Grounds reviews inquiries by a person against the signed qualification rules and sends an itemized invoice. You have 5 business days to dispute entries. Undisputed balances may then be charged manually to the authorized card on file under the signed agreement; the charge is not automatic at the time of inquiry. Your business funds at least $4,000 per month in Google Ads directly with Google. There is no monthly agency retainer or minimum inquiry volume. The signed agreement controls if a detail differs here.
A well-defined operating setup matters as much as the ad itself.
Choose cities or ZIP codes, travel limits, business hours, and the new AC installation work you want promoted.
Identify who answers calls, when appointments are available, and where eligible missed calls should go for follow-up.
Your business retains its Google account and ad budget. We agree on access, tracking, approvals, and launch tests together.
The signed agreement defines it: a unique prospective customer or authorized decision-maker who responds to an agreed campaign, requests a new residential AC system installation within your service area, and provides usable contact information. A person reviews qualification before weekly billing; replacement, heating, heat pumps, repairs, maintenance, and out-of-area requests are excluded. The agreement has the full criteria and dispute steps.
No. It is charged per Billable Inquiry under the agreement. Whether the prospect books, attends, receives an estimate, or buys does not change that definition.
An eligible campaign form may let the homeowner choose an available time on your booking calendar. If your business does not answer an eligible campaign call, approved AI follow-up can try to arrange an appointment. Your company controls the calendar and the visit.
Your business commits at least $4,000 per month to Google Ads and pays Google directly. Advertising spend is separate from New Grounds fees and does not guarantee a specific result.
